Bulk order is in!

Everything went well with the late night delivery. Everyone needs to thank Tierra for staying up 'till 2 or 3 am in the cold store to meet the delivery guy. Looks like we will be opening soon. Thanks to all those who have given their time to the Co-op!

MEETING AND POTLUCK THIS SATURDAY.

The last members meeting was less than fruitful last Saturday, so everyone is invited back for another session! We need more members to participate! After the meeting we will have a potluck supper, yum! The meeting will start at 11:00 AM and end at 1:00 PM, the potluck begins after the meeting.

BULK FOOD ORDERS IN.


Bulk ordering went well on Saturday, we have lots of good orders, and a few new members. Still having trouble with the online orders. Order deadline this Wednesday.

BULK FOOD ORDER AND CO-OP MEMBER MEETING



Saturday February 6th at the Trinidad Community Cooperative

1-3PM bulk foods. 3-4:30 PM members meeting (voting on important items).

• The TCCO-OP will be taking orders for bulk food (no delivery charge).
Members: can order 15% above wholesale.
Non-members: can order 20% above wholesale.
(If you are paying payments on a membership when it is paid in full then you receive the member discount)
• Orders will need to be paid up front, cash or check only at this time.
• Catalogs are now available at the store.
• You can view the online catalog by going to this linkhttp://west.unfi.com/public/webaccessaspx?q=1 and use 0000D for the account #- set up your own user ID and password. (Please call us if you have trouble, we have not had great success with this) If you have a different account # starting with the number 8 please do not use this number that is the store's number only.
• Deadline for bulk ordering will be Wednesday February 10th; the co-op will be open 12-4pm.
• Orders will be available for pick-up at the co-op on Tuesday February 16th. Store hours are 12-6.
• We will be asking members to give us feedback and voting on the Co-op becoming a 501c-3 non-profit organization. Information on this will be presented, and hopefully we, the Board of Directors, can answer questions pertaining to this.
